MY PHILOSOPHYMy philosophy is about positive reinforcement and breaking limiting beliefs. A trained therapist should be able to look for the quickest, most appropriate and effective route to healing, while asking the client if they are willing to make a change. I offer spiritual (non religious) guidance where necessary to put the problem into its wider, metaphysical context.
